Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 May 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of https://pluglaw.com (the "Site") and any services offered under the PlugLaw brand (the "Services") by LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd (CIN U69100MH2023PLC413428). By using the Site or engaging the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of services

PlugLaw provides business consulting and managed-services products to law firms, specifically client acquisition (ClientACQ), expansion and diversification (FirmReach+), and talent acquisition (People+Plan). PlugLaw is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, courtroom advocacy or any service reserved for advocates under the Advocates Act, 1961. Engagements with PlugLaw are professional consulting engagements only.

3. Engagements and pricing

Pricing displayed on the Site reflects standard subscriptions for each PlugLaw product. Specific engagement scope, deliverables, fees and payment terms are governed by a written engagement letter or scope of work signed between PlugLaw and the client. In the event of conflict, the engagement letter prevails over the Site.

4. No commission

PlugLaw operates on a flat subscription or fixed-fee basis. We do not work on commission and do not take a share of fees that our clients earn from their own clients.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names (PlugLaw, ClientACQ, FirmReach+, People+Plan), and the underlying methodology, is owned by LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared by either party in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required for service delivery, with the other party's consent, or where legally required.

8. Outcomes and disclaimers

Where PlugLaw provides outcome targets (for example, expected returns under ClientACQ), these are good-faith estimates based on past engagements and do not constitute guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside PlugLaw's control, including market conditions, competitive activity and the client's own execution. The Site and Services are provided on an "as-is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugLaw and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Direct liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid by the client to PlugLaw under that engagement in the preceding twelve months.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PlugLaw harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to external resources, including LawCrust group properties. PlugLaw is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites.

12. Termination

PlugLaw may suspend or terminate access to the Site at its discretion. Termination of any engagement is governed by the relevant engagement letter.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.

14. Changes

PlugLaw may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
