How is this different from a regular recruitment firm?

Recruitment firms charge per placement and disappear after the offer letter. People+Plan ties hires to specific deliverables and stays engaged for two quarters to ensure outcomes.

What's the minimum number of hires?

There is no fixed minimum. Engagements are scoped around your goals, sometimes that is one senior hire, sometimes it is a full team build.

How does billing work?

A flat onboarding fee per engagement, paid upfront. We do not levy the standard 8.33% over-hire surcharge. If a hire doesn't work out within the guarantee period, we replace at no additional fee.

For which roles do you hire?

Across the firm, legal associates, paralegals, senior counsel, practice heads, business and operations roles, and back-office leadership.

Do you work as an RPO?

We can flex into RPO mode for high-volume mandates, but our default is the deliverable-led People+Plan engagement, which is a meaningfully different product.
