How do you handle international expansion?

How much experience does the team carry?
The PlugLaw operating team has been active in legal-industry consulting since 2019. With our parent group LawCrust, we bring close to a decade of legal-management experience.
Do you work on a revenue-share or success-fee model?
For FirmReach+ we use a flat subscription with optional success-fee components for specific milestones (e.g. first signed retainer in a new city). We do not work on commission.
What happens after the first year?
Most firms renew at a steady-state advisory rate while running the new office independently. Some commission a second FirmReach+ engagement for the next expansion vector.
